I met Jennifer back in 2016 after seeing an ad in the paper about hearing aid repairs. I had been to many other places to try and get my 8 year old hearing aid fixed. Everywhere I went they denied me and tried to sell me new ones. That was until I met Jennifer. She listened to my concerns and she confidently told me not to worry and we are more than happy to take care of it!! I was happy to pay the repair charges and I am now a very satisfied patient of hers since then. I am a 92 year old man and have been around for quite some time!!! Trust me they don’t make them like Jennifer!! She is so caring and her professionalism shows every time I see her. I am so grateful I found her.
