My husband and I are so grateful to the staff at Long Island Hearing. Every staff member is outstanding! It’s obvious that each one loves the work they do.

Chrissy at the front desk is very patient, accommodating and sweet. Interacting with her is always a pleasure.

Jessica, the office manager, is efficient, vibrant, and cheerful. Even with her responsibilities, she’s always polite and kind. We’re amazed at how she keeps the office running smoothly.

Margaret is a doll, the type of person you want to hug. You can tell that behind her mask, she’s always smiling. 

Christine, the top-notch audiologist, is very professional and caring. While there’s so much to know about hearing aid maintenance, she explains everything patiently.

A huge thank you to Jennifer, one of the hearing aid specialists. It’s been delightful receiving her training and guidance. While she’s highly professional, she’s also personable. Since meeting her, she feels like a friend to both of us.

Before Tommy obtained hearing aids, communication was very difficult. Now the he hears well again, our bond feels stronger. Plus, the world has expanded for him. Tommy says his hearing has been restored to when he was a child. He’s enjoying the sounds of nature. He can listen to TV at a reasonable volume. Now, our cat will stay in the bedroom while Tommy watches programs. Another improvement is Tommy staying awake during church services. Before, since he couldn’t hear well, it was hard for him to focus.

Thanks to everyone at Long Island Hearing, life is easier and better for both of us. If you decide to pursue hearing aids at this facility, you’ll be so happy you did!

Went to Long Island Hearing after almost giving up hope on ever hearing again. Several years ago I lost the hearing in my left ear and was told I wouldn’t hear again in this ear. I met Jennifer back in 2016 after seeing an ad in the paper about hearing aid repairs. I had been to many other places to try and get my 8 year old hearing aid fixed. We were recommended to All Island Hearing for our Mother who was experiencing considerable hearing loss. We met with

I had no experience with hearing instruments or the process of selection, purchasing and fitting. My health insurance has a subcontractor so I called them and they recommended Long Island Hearing Inc. as a provider in my area. So I made a list of questions and concerns for my first visit which were negative in nature towards wearing and my perceived improvement of what hearing instruments can do for me. Well, Dr. Christine answered ALL my questions and concerns to more than my satisfaction. I felt comfortable with her and I purchased state of the art instruments. On the second visit she explained everything I needed to know for the break-in period. I was very satisfied with the hearing improvement. The third visit she did her magic on the computer enhancing the settings and giving me more instructions and options on the various features. Clearly Long Island Hearing Inc.was the right choice.
